Moab(Closing)?

Anyone heard of a bill currently in motion that would lead to closing parts of the Moab area to off road use(RedRocks Preservation Act or something?).That wouldn't enhance next years rally if that becomes reality.Saw info about it on another site(LRO).Don't want to jump to conclusions here but.........
